1st Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival a hit despite cloudy weather.
A large crowd turned out to see the "night glow" despite the threat of rain making it unsafe for the balloons to launch as planned.

Multiple hands were needed to keep this basket on the ground.	Two balloons were able to do a demonstration flight over the crowd to reach the "night glow" area.
The festival allowed for an "up close" look at the baskets that are attached to the balloons....and a fun look at the personalized licensed plates.	Despite the less than perfect weather, there were plenty of activities, including the opportunity to purchase a ride in a bi-plane.
