Kyle Cummings, an Eagle Scout from Kentucky, gave Indiana's Highest Point, located in Wayne County, just northwest of Bethel, a makeover in May of 2005. Now visitors to this landmark can safely park their car, picnic and leave musings on visiting "Hoosier Hill". |
