The Wayne County Contractual Library Bookmobile services small area communities, taking the library directly to their town.  Residents of Abington, Boston, Clay, Dalton, Franklin, Green, Harrison, New Garden, Perry and Webster Townships are served through the Wayne County Contractual Library (WCCL) Bookmobile.
