Visitors who pass through Wayne County, Indiana on Interstate 70 can't miss the fact they are near Richmond, thanks to the introduction from the Indiana-American water tower near the intersection of I-70 and U.S. Route 27.  Indiana-American Water is one of the many fine utility companies that serve the Richmond-Wayne County community.
