The Wayne County Administration Building (Courthouse Annex) was built in 1978 at a cost of $2,175,293.00.  This L-shaped building  was designed to provide a visual and physical connection to the historic Wayne County Courthouse. It provides much needed office space for county government, such as the Treasurer, Planning & Zoning, Assessor, as well as the office of the County Commissioners.
